What is THE BIBLE IN LIVING SOUND?
The BLS is a collection of dramatized Bible stories ~ reenactments of Bible events with music and sound effects. The recordings are non-denominational and do not have private interpretations. The episodes follow the Bible narrative as it is written, without bias. When Scripture is quoted, the King James Version of the Bible is used. All musical segues are orchestrated.

What does the series include?
There are 450 stories available on 75 Tapes/CDs representing approximately 56 hours of listening pleasure and blessing. They are attractively packaged in 8 vinyl Tape Binders or 8 CD Wallets. THE BIBLE IN LIVING SOUND is available in three segments:
- The Old Testament: 40 Tapes/CDs in 4 Binders/Wallets [Volumes 1-4].
- The Life & Times of Jesus: 20 Tapes/CDs in 2 Binders/Wallets [Volumes 5 & 6].
- The Life & Times of Paul: 15 Tapes/CDs in 2 Binders/Wallets [Volumes 7 & 8].

Do you provide other teaching tools?
There are four workbooks available that provide excellent Bible curriculum for the home-school, VBS, Bible Church, personal devotions. The format of fill-in-the-blanks, texts, puzzles, all reinforce the Bible stories. The workbooks include:
- Exploring God’s Book 1: covers OT Stories 1-120 [OT Volumes 1 & 2.]
- Exploring God’s Book 2: covers OT Stories 121-240 [OT Volumes 3 & 4.]
- Exploring God’s Book 3: covers LC Stories 241-360 [LC Volumes 5 & 6.]
- Exploring God’s Book 4: covers PA Stories 361-450 [PA Volumes 7 & 8.]
THE BIBLE IN LIVING SOUND stories are also referenced in the teacher’s manual in both Betty Lukens’ THROUGH THE BIBLE IN FELT [800.541.9279] and Little Folk Visuals’ BIBLE IN FELT [800.537.7227]. These visual flannel-graph sets coincide beautifully with the audio BLS.

May I hear a sample before I purchase?

There are 8 different LISTEN TO THIS choices, one on each of the Volume pages under Products. Or for only $19.99+$2 postage you may choose to order a CD5Pak. This is a great way to sample the Bible adventures. It contains 30 of the most popular Bible stories including Noah's Ark [#3], David & Goliath [#20], Queen Esther [#40], The Good Samaritan [#52], Zacchaeus [#54]. Each CD averages 45 minutes of listening pleasure and blessing. A great gift ~ 30 stories in all!

Why would THE BIBLE IN LIVING SOUND be a sound investment for my child?
The building of your child’s strong character is accomplished by the knowledge and nurture of Scripture. These dramatized Bible stories with music and sound effects are an excellent way to assist your child in imagining himself/herself present in the story, learning of God’s love. Stories such as David confronting Goliath or Jesus feeding the five thousand really come alive for children of all ages and can give them a better understanding of God’s Word. These stories help to get your child excited about The Bible!

What if I am not fully satisfied?
Please call us before returning items(1-800-634-0234). You may return your materials to us via US Mail or UPS with a copy of the invoice. Please note the items you are returning. Postage is non–refundable. After we receive your return, we will send you a refund check or credit your charge card.

If I receive a faulty Tape/CD may I request a new one?
Of course. Kindly return the faulty Tape/CD with a note of explanation. Upon its arrival, we will send another at no charge. If the Tape/CD is merely worn/scratched, kindly see the next question.

My child has listened to one of the Tapes/CDs so many times it has worn out or broken/scratched. May I receive a new one under your warranty?
Certainly. Merely return the Tapes to us with a note of explanation and include $2 each plus $2 for shipping. We also replace returned CDs for $2.50 each plus $2 shipping.

It is our policy to ship orders the same day as received via US Mail. Priority Mail or UPS shipments are charged at cost.

Do your products have a warranty?
Yes. Once you have purchased the BLS, we will replace any broken or damaged Tapes or scratched CDs that are returned to our office. Tapes are $2 each and CDs are $2.50 each to replace plus shipping.

Will the BLS eventually be available in videos? Often the video question has been asked. It was the producer's belief that the imagination God has placed in each of our minds is far more vivid and real that anything man could depict on a screen. He believed it would be a mistake to add visuals to the audio of the BLS. By doing so, the child’s creativity could be diminished and it would rob the listening child of the mental pictures unique to his/her own mind. When a literal replication is placed before a child, they think "Oh! That's how Noah looked!" But when the story unfolds using audio only, the child's imagination, at that point influenced solely by the Holy Spirit, is extremely active; the Bible story becomes unique to the child and a loving Savior's spiritual influence. What the listener ‘sees’ in their own mind becomes their very own experience and no one else's. The mental perceptions formed from reading and studying God’s Word help to create the values, self worth, character, the person. David won the victory because he trusted in God. “Thy Word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against Thee.” Psalm 119:11.

I enrolled my child in the Monthly Collector's Club years ago and we collected one set. May we resume the Club with a different series?
Yes, you may resume Club Membership at any time beginning with The Old Testament, The Life & Times of Jesus, The Life and Times of Paul for $4.95 per Tape plus $2 postage or $5.95 per CD plus $2 postage. Two Tapes/CDs can be shipped for the same $2 postage. Applicable tax will be added (CA and WA).
